Peanut Butter Bars

 They're supposed to taste like Reese Peanut Butter Cups ... and they do, somewhat. At least they're very easy to make and the recipe produces an entire 13 x 9" pan of them.

 I'd prefer the peanut butter base be more moist ... like a real peanut butter cup. And I don't see any reason to add the tablespoons of peanut butter to the chocolate topping. It just complicates matters, and there's hardly the lack of peanut butter taste.

  But it's easy to put together and it produces plenty of dessert.
