Vacation - May 20 2023

  Saturday was the day set for the burial of John Buhler's ashes. It was a beautiful day - hot and bright below the blue Teton sky - but we gathered first at The Grand Teton Funeral Home & Cremation for a memorial.

 John's grandson, Zander Buhler, played the violin and Zander's girlfriend, Jacinta Davis, played the piano.

 Trevor Buhler (above) and his wife, Amy, planned the memorial.

 Tina Welling, formerly John's wife, gave a beautiful and heartwarming speech.

 John's grandson, Coulter Buhler, had plenty of memories to share about the special man.

 Then to Trevor and Amy's property east of Driggs for another brief ceremony at the burial site.

 We spent much of the rest of the day back at Trevor and Amy's home in Driggs.

 This is Sammy, Keeley's dog.
